When you download data for your selected region (which is up-to-date as of the day you ordered it), this is a one-time order. You will be emailed a link to download your data once it is ready. This download package will be available for 7 days after your order (see below for how to access it).

If you will need updates to this data on an ongoing basis, consider purchasing a subscription.

Download One-Time Order Data

Data ordered as a one-time order is available for 7 days after you complete your order. There are two ways to download ordered data.

You will be emailed a link to download your data once it is ready. Click this link (you will be asked to sign in if you aren’t already) and then click Download on the page that opens.

Or you can visit your personal orders or company orders page (whichever account you made the order under), and in the Order & Download History table, find the order you want to download data for. At the right side of the row, there will be a download icon.

Click this icon, and a pop up will appear. Accept the license (required every time you make a download).

Click the download icon next to the package you want to download.

Note: For most orders, there will only be one download package available. This package will contain all the products in your order. However, in some cases, there may be more than one. The table in the pop up tells you which products are included in which package.
