Your company is allowed to have a certain number of users (across all offices) with access to your subscriptions. A user who has access to download one or more of your subscription’s data is called a subscription user.

Each user counts as one subscription user, no matter how many subscriptions they have access to. You can grant and revoke access to subscriptions by editing office users on the company admin page.
