Renewing a subscription depends on how you originally purchased that subscription.

Subscriptions purchased by invoice will renew automatically unless you contact support to have this feature turned off. You will be sent an invoice for the renewal fees 30 days before the expiration date.

For subscriptions purchased by other methods, all office admins will be sent a notification email 30 days before the expiration date with a link to pay the renewal fees. This link will take you to our checkout process where you can choose from the payment methods available to your company/office.

These renewal fees will show in your order history once completed.
