After you select an area on the map, you can buffer the selection by an amount of your choice using the Buffer tool.

To select this tool, click the arrow next to Modify Selection in the map tool bar.

Click Buffer.

A pop up will appear. Choose the distance and the units you would like to buffer your selection.

Click Buffer. Then click the region you want to buffer. Your selection will be modified for you.

Note: This tool is not available for pre-cut tiles products.
