Your username is the email address you used to sign up for an account.

Tip: You can check if your email address exists in the system by clicking Sign Up at the top of the page and typing your email address into the email address field. If a message appears saying “Email is in use” you have an account. If no message appears, you may sign up for a new account with that email address.



If you forget which email address you used to sign up for an account, contact support. (Please note that support cannot provide personal information over the phone.)
